My childhood was filled with California sunshine and coastal adventures. I grew to be a creative dreamer, always optimist, girl with a big heart, mama of two daughters, and Nana to the most adorable grandkids. I left California for change, laying new roots in South Carolina, and found the love of my life in a southern gentleman. When I’m not behind the camera you will find me being attempting all the DIY house projects, working on my green thumb, and dreaming of where our next vacation will take us. I’m a chaser of morning light, take a little coffee with my creamer, and flowers are my weakness.

I'm Laura
I'm Rachel
A passionate romantic and the one who started our photography journey. I’m a travel enthusiast, lover of cleanly composed and beautifully lit film portraits, will always celebrate with a Mojito, personal stylist to our clients, and a bit of a health nut. I’ve been capturing weddings since I was 14 years old and was able to graduate high school and start the adventure as a small business owner. I am incredibly blessed to wake up every day and get to call this my job. I have two beautiful children, Makenna & Hayden. A few of my favorite things include coffee, fashion, all the florals, Costco trips, houseplants, acai bowls, protein shakes, and family walks.

We both have our strengths and weaknesses, and they pair up perfectly in business. Laura's the wordy one, in person and behind the computer, Rachel's the grammar check, photo editor, and stylist.

Digital is a moment you capture, fine art film is an image you feel. We approach weddings with a distinct editorial approach, yet with different devices, and deliver diverse images with consistency. Laura captures digital images, Rachel seizes moments in film.

Being destination wedding photographers, we're on the road a lot. From either simple out of state road trips, to rental car adventures throughout the world, you'll find Laura behind the wheel, and Rachel giving directions. Why not just Google Maps you ask? Because Laura will always miss crucial exits without a co-pilot!

Maybe it's a generational thing, but can you guess this one? Laura loves to make a good home cooked meal, but Rachel, unless you can just pop the top and consume it, or warm it up in the microwave, it's takeout all the way!

We started our fitness journey in 2022 and have lost over 140 pounds together! Rachel is definitely the motivator, but Laura is always up for an upper-body challenge.
